MIO3 is one of the founding members of the Global Regulated Asset & Digital Exchange Alliance (GRADE Alliance). This Alliance is with leading regulated venues and infrastructure partners joining forces to build a global framework for tokenized financial assets.

The alliance founder members Hydra X, Particula, MIO3 Digital Assets, 21X, Black Manta Capital Partners, Assetera, Texture Capital, Sologenic, and INX (Republic Group), represent a shared commitment to enhancing transparency, interoperability, and trust in regulated digital asset markets.

The Compliance Passport and cross-listing rulebook to be developed within GRADE Alliance will be a practical innovation, a standardized model that aims to simplify issuer submissions across jurisdictions while preserving the autonomy of each venue. It’s a real step toward reducing friction and enabling more efficient cross-border listings.
